Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
previous dishwashing experience in a restaurant setting preferred
ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
ability to work in a team-oriented environment

experience with dish machines in high-volume restaurants preferred
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
strong attention to detail

Job Duties

operate the dish machine efficiently to clean dishes and kitchen utensils
maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
support the culinary team by ensuring timely availability of clean dishes
adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times
assist in general kitchen cleanliness and waste management
communicate effectively with kitchen staff to support smooth operations
work efficiently during busy service periods
