Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field is required
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations with precision
- Lead and inspire Room Attendants and House Attendants with clear communication, hands-on training, and motivation
- Handle lost-and-found items with care, maintain key control, and manage access to secure areas
- Set high standards for sanitation and cleanliness across all facilities and equipment
- Perform inspections, prepare reports, and conduct productivity checks to ensure quality
- Step in for the Housekeeping Manager during absences to maintain operations
- Foster a positive and organized work environment for the housekeeping team
