Job Requirements
- Must have a valid drivers license and an insured personal vehicle
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a working cell phone
- Comfortable working individually in client homes
- Willing and able to work in homes that have pets
- Must be able to lift up to 35lbs as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality cleaning
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable using mobile apps for scheduling and communication
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in residential cleaning is a plus
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Job Duties
- Clean assigned residential homes efficiently and thoroughly
- Use provided cleaning supplies and follow company cleaning protocols
- Manage schedule and client assignments via the company’s mobile app
- Maintain professionalism and positive client interactions
- Report any client feedback or issues to the office staff promptly
- Adhere to safety guidelines including lifting up to 35 pounds
- Ensure punctuality and reliability in all job duties
