The Spa Manager role at The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe offers a unique leadership opportunity for a hospitality professional skilled in wellness and guest service. This overtime eligible manager position is responsible for ensuring all spa operations run smoothly to deliver a relaxing and rejuvenating journey for every guest. The Spa Manager oversees the Front Desk and cleaning teams, focusing on welcoming, efficiency, and immaculate presentation of spa facilities. A key part of this role includes collaborating on budgeting, marketing, and business strategy to enhance spa performance and achieve financial goals. The manager acts as a team builder and strategic planner, maintaining high morale and operational excellence, especially in staffing, recruitment, scheduling, and budget planning.
