Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service or food and beverage role is advantageous

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and enthusiastically
- Prepare mochas, lattes, and smoothies efficiently
- Suggest complementary food items to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and stock of the work area
- Operate the headset and manage customer lines
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a positive attitude
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service
