Job Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Willingness to undergo identity verification via E-Verify
Availability for flexible scheduling including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
Must exhibit strong teamwork, leadership, and kindness
Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in a customer service or barista role beneficial but not required
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work well within a team and lead when needed
Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage service is a plus
Positive attitude and passion for providing excellent customer service

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly like friends who really need caffeine
Prepare espresso-based drinks such as mochas, lattes, and smoothies efficiently
Suggest complementary food items to enhance guest experience
Maintain cleanliness and ensure the service stand is well stocked
Operate headset communications to manage orders and keep line flowing
Deliver fast, friendly, and flawless service with a personal touch
Support team members to foster a collaborative and energetic work environment
