Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Excellent customer service skills
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace
- Legally authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Prepare mochas, lattes, smoothies, and other coffee drinks efficiently
- Suggest complementary menu items to guests
- Maintain clean and well-stocked workstations
- Manage order flow using headset communication
- Deliver friendly and attentive service throughout the shift
- Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
