  • must be at least 21 years of age and possess valid licenses/certifications as per federal and/or state regulations
  • a bs/ba degree in a related field and 8-10 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • drive financial performance by managing budgets, implementing programs to strengthen p&l, and ensuring fiscal responsibility
  • utilize financial reporting tools to measure efficiency and success, taking corrective actions as necessary
  • lead and develop staff by providing training on service steps and drink recipes
  • build community relations and lead marketing efforts, including social media and grassroots promotions
  • ensure the quality, consistency, and presentation of all food and beverage products
  • monitor profit and loss statements to meet objectives and recommend operational enhancements to promote excellence
