Job Requirements

  • Must be over 18 years of age
  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience
  • 1 year of hospitality, luxury retail, or fine dining experience
  • Willingness to valet park as all positions are cross-trained
  • Valid California Driver's License
  • Hospitality management college students or recent graduates are highly desired
  • Polished and professional appearance and demeanor
  • Upbeat and positive team player attitude
  • Strong judgment and solutions-oriented approach
  • Proactive customer service mindset

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience
  • Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality, luxury retail, or fine dining
  • Valid California Driver's License
  • Polished and professional appearance

  • Strong judgment and solutions-oriented mindset

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional 5-star customer service and ensure 100% resident satisfaction
  • Greet residents, guests, and visitors in the motor court or at the front desk warmly and professionally
  • Welcome and introduce yourself to unfamiliar visitors and greet familiar residents by name
  • Be knowledgeable about the parking structure, including resident and visitor vehicle locations and key lockbox management
  • Valet park all resident, guest, and visitor vehicles appropriately
  • Perform package check-in and delivery and provide bell service including assisting with personal items such as luggage and groceries
  • Maintain a polished and professional appearance and demeanor while representing Action Property Management and The Carlyle
