- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must obtain and maintain required certifications such as Alcohol Awareness and Food Handler's Card as per state regulations

Job Duties
- Create warm, memorable dining moments by greeting guests with a smile, taking accurate orders, and ensuring every need is met from start to finish
- Know the menu inside and out including ingredients, dietary needs, daily specials, and alcohol service guidelines to guide guests professionally
- Deliver food and drinks quickly and flawlessly with attention to detail
- Manage multiple tables efficiently while keeping service smooth, spaces clean, and maintaining composure under pressure
- Handle transactions with precision, close checks confidently, and follow all company and security protocols
- Maintain service area cleanliness adhering to hygiene regulations and certification standards
- Stay energized and maintain physical stamina throughout the shift by lifting, bending, and moving continuously
