We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Cook to join our culinary team. As a Cook at The Brandywine Radnor Hotel, you will be the culinary craftsman responsible for preparing and supervising food items with precision across all food outlets including the restaurant, café, room service, employee cafeteria, and banquet operations. Your role is crucial in ensuring the kitchen runs efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, portion control, presentation, and safety.

Job Requirements

  • Previous supervisory responsibility preferred
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience or a culinary graduate with at least 1 year of experience in a hotel or related field
  • Food handlers certification required must comply with state requirements
  • Able to work effectively under pressure maintaining composure while quickly evaluating situations and determining the best course of action
  • A strong communicator who listens actively to understand concerns raised by coworkers and guests and effectively conveys ideas and solutions
