Job Requirements
- Prior bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Ability to carry and lift up to 25 lbs
- Passion for hospitality and creativity

- Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits with the ability to create and explain cocktails
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to create memorable guest experiences
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for hospitality, creativity, and delivering elevated service
Job Duties
- Create craft cocktails, pour beverages, and serve guests with accuracy and flair
- Provide welcoming, attentive, and knowledgeable service to all guests
- Engage with guests by sharing recommendations, stories behind cocktails, and menu insights
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and company liquor regulations
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately
- Collaborate with cocktail servers and bar backs to deliver seamless service
- Assist with inventory, stocking, and bar setup/breakdown
- Support other duties as requested by management
