Job Duties

  • Support company philosophy and culture through Pillars of Legendary Quality Experiences to ensure guest satisfaction

  • Support company philosophy and culture through use of Guiding Principles and DELIGHT ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Follow all Forbes and LQE standards of service at all times
  • Follow TIPS standards for alcoholic beverage service
  • Retrieve completed food and beverage orders from kitchen or bar and deliver to guests with appropriate condiments
  • Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain specials or promotions
  • Record order details accurately and prepare drinks according to recipes
  • Mix, serve drinks and food, clean and set up the bar
  • Batch cocktails, prepare garnishes and syrups, and replenish bar snacks
  • Open bottles as necessary and restock ice throughout the shift
  • Submit daily requisitions and organize incoming stock using FIFO method
  • Replenish beverages as necessary and check guest satisfaction
  • Present checks and process payments using POS system
  • Maintain bar concept understanding and handle cash transactions
  • Clean silverware and glasses to spotless condition
  • Enter all sales in POS without errors and verify final bill
  • Maintain cleanliness and stock of bar area continuously
  • Verify guest satisfaction during service
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide warm farewells
  • Deliver end-of-shift reports and perform opening and closing duties
  • Work collaboratively with other bar staff to ensure legendary quality experience
