Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred
Experience in proctoring or invigilating exams preferred
Flexibility to work shifts Monday through Saturday between 7:00 am and 8:30 pm
Availability to work 2-4 Saturdays per month with possible occasional Sundays
Ability to sit for extended periods
Ability to assist candidates physically
Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 20 lbs with accommodation
Comfortable in quiet environment and attentive to detail

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year customer service experience preferred
Experience proctoring or invigilating exams is highly preferred
Must be flexible in work hours and days
Beginner to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to sit for long periods and escort candidates
Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 20 lbs with reasonable accommodation
Comfortable in a quiet testing environment, able to hear soft voices and see details from a distance

Job Duties

Comply with all testing procedures and adhere to company policies using careful judgment
Check in testing candidates, verify identification, and explain the exam process
Proctor and invigilate candidates while testing
Troubleshoot with internal departments to fix technical issues
Complete light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming the floors and sanitizing keyboards after each candidate has finished their examination
Escort candidates to and from testing rooms
Perform other duties as assigned
