Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred
- Experience in proctoring or invigilating exams preferred
- Flexibility to work shifts Monday through Saturday between 7:00 am and 8:30 pm
- Availability to work 2-4 Saturdays per month with possible occasional Sundays
- Ability to sit for extended periods
- Ability to assist candidates physically
- Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 20 lbs with accommodation
- Comfortable in quiet environment and attentive to detail
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience preferred
- Experience proctoring or invigilating exams is highly preferred
- Must be flexible in work hours and days
- Beginner to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to sit for long periods and escort candidates
- Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 20 lbs with reasonable accommodation
- Comfortable in a quiet testing environment, able to hear soft voices and see details from a distance
Job Duties
- Comply with all testing procedures and adhere to company policies using careful judgment
- Check in testing candidates, verify identification, and explain the exam process
- Proctor and invigilate candidates while testing
- Troubleshoot with internal departments to fix technical issues
- Complete light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming the floors and sanitizing keyboards after each candidate has finished their examination
- Escort candidates to and from testing rooms
- Perform other duties as assigned
