The Territory Sales and Service Representative position based in Chandler, Arizona, plays a vital role in Ecolab's Institutional team, which serves customers across various industries, such as hospitality, foodservice, long-term care, commercial, education, and government. This field-based role requires managing an assigned territory to service laundry and dish machines, dispensing equipment, and systems, while selling innovative solutions designed to maintain a cleaner, safer, and healthier environment. The representative acts as the face of Ecolab, developing strong customer relationships and applying industry expertise to foster customer success. This role offers a unique blend of technical service, sales, and customer engagement, backed by state-of-the-art tools and a company-provided vehicle and cell phone.

The position includes a comprehensive paid training program held at Ecolab's Corporate Headquarters in Eagan, Minnesota, blending digital learning, classroom sessions, live demonstrations, and on-the-job training. Following training, candidates will handle equipment installation, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs while using technology platforms to provide tailored solutions that support customers' operational goals. This role requires flexibility, including availability for occasional weekend work and emergency service calls. Ecolab offers an attractive salary ranging from $58,700 to $88,100 annually, based on experience and performance, and a comprehensive benefits package starting from the first day of employment.

Typical responsibilities include leveraging technology to conduct customer visits, communicating the full value of Ecolab's solutions, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, providing exceptional emergency service support, managing inventories, and assisting with equipment installation. The company supports career growth with pathways toward sales, service, or management roles, including tuition reimbursement and ongoing development opportunities.
