Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Comfortable walking into businesses without appointments
  • Strong people skills and confidence speaking with owners and managers
  • Disciplined with time, activity, and follow-up
  • Comfortable covering a large geographic territory
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Valid driver’s license

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Make 20-30 in-person cold calls per day
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business in an open territory
  • Lease dish washing machines, cleaning systems, and service programs
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from first conversation to signed agreement
  • Build a strong prospect pipeline
  • Partner with service and installation teams to ensure new accounts launch successfully
  • Take full ownership of territory, activity levels, and results
  • Represent a family-owned business known for quality service and long-term customer relationships
  • Participate in an on call rotation for emergency services every 4-5 weeks taking service calls for the branch
