Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One or more years of sales experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a motor vehicle record in good standing
- Preferably experience in foodservice, culinary, restaurant management, or hospitality
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to build strong internal and external relationships
- Cold calling skills
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Competitive mindset and goal-driven
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Teamwork mentality to collaborate with stakeholders
- Tech-savviness including knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools like Salesforce
- Ability to occasionally lift or carry up to 75 lbs

Job Duties
- Be the customer champion by owning and nurturing customer relationships in a team-based selling model
- Educate customers on ordering platforms and provide menu consultations, product recommendations, and pricing strategies
- Drive sales success by increasing case growth, acquiring new business, and delivering impactful sales presentations
- Work collaboratively with specialists, marketing, supply chain, and customer service to ensure seamless product delivery
- Develop new business by identifying prospective customers through market intelligence, business directories, leads, and attending trade shows
- Manage delivery resolution by troubleshooting order process problems
- Stay informed on market conditions, product innovations, competitors' products, prices, and sales
- Conduct regular check-ins, site visits, and follow-ups using personal vehicle to ensure customer satisfaction
