The company is dedicated not only to food distribution but also to enhancing its clients' profitability through a range of value-added services. US Foods distinguishes itself by its commitment to exceptional customer service and a collaborative, team-based working culture. The company fosters an environment where innovation and customer satisfaction are paramount, making it a leader in the foodservice industry. It invests in its employees by providing comprehensive training programs, mentorship, and ongoing coaching to ensure all team members can achieve long-term success and career growth.
The role of Territory Manager at US Foods is a dynamic and pivotal position responsible for building and nurturing customer relationships within an assigned sales territory. This is a full-time role that requires passion, dedication, and the drive to achieve sales goals while providing excellent service to customers. As a Territory Manager, you will be the customer champion, working closely with clients to educate them on ordering platforms, provide menu consultations, and offer product and pricing recommendations tailored to their needs. Your efforts directly impact business growth as you engage in strategic sales presentations, manage existing accounts, and actively seek new business opportunities. Time and territory management, along with effective collaboration with internal teams such as marketing, supply chain, and customer service, are essential components of this role.

The role also includes managing delivery issues to ensure clients receive their orders on time and accurately. You will need to understand market conditions, product innovations, and competitor offerings to provide superior value to customers. Frequent travel within the territory is required, using your personal motor vehicle for site visits, client meetings, and ongoing relationship management. The role offers a competitive salary, a performance-based incentive program, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance from day one, along with retirement plans, paid time off, and other employee perks. This position offers exciting opportunities for career advancement within a growing and supportive organization that values a team-based sales approach and celebrates success collectively.
