With a robust presence in over 170 countries, Ecolab serves diverse industry sectors including foodservice, hospitality, healthcare, industrial, and government. The company employs more than 48,000 associates worldwide who are dedicated to delivering science-based, data-driven solutions that promote cleaner, safer, and more sustainable environments. Ecolab is renowned for its commitment to operational efficiency, public health, and sustainability, helping customers optimize water and energy use while maintaining impeccable safety and sanitation standards.

The Institutional team at Ecolab focuses on enhancing customer success across sectors such as hospitality, foodservice, long-term care, commercial, education, and government. This team prioritizes guest satisfaction, reputation protection, and operational efficiency by leveraging deep industry expertise coupled with innovative science-based guidance. The goal is to empower customers to elevate their service quality and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

The Territory Sales and Service Representative role in Atlanta, Georgia, presents an exciting opportunity to be the face of Ecolab in the local market. This position involves managing a designated territory that includes Atlanta, Kennesaw, and Marietta, providing technical servicing and sales support primarily for laundry and dishwashing machines, dispensing equipment, and related systems. The representative will engage in customer visits to recommend tailored programs and solutions designed to meet the specific needs of each client, which range from restaurants and hotels to schools and long-term care facilities.

This field-based role demands a balance of proactive salesmanship and technical skill, requiring representatives to conduct preventative and corrective maintenance, provide emergency services, assist with equipment installations, and ensure the safe and efficient operation of customer equipment. The company equips its representatives with best-in-class technology tools such as tablets and mobile phone apps to facilitate customer interactions and sales processes. Furthermore, associates benefit from receiving a company vehicle and cell phone for business use, with company-paid fuel and related expenses included.

The position includes extensive training, including a two-week paid program at Ecolab's state-of-the-art training facility in Eagan, Minnesota, followed by in-field training. This comprehensive training incorporates digital learning, classroom instruction, live demonstrations, and hands-on experience, focusing on safety and technical proficiency. Ecolab places a strong emphasis on safety training and provides personal protection equipment to all associates.

Candidates should anticipate some travel within the assigned territory as well as to the corporate training center. The role also involves a weekend rotation approximately one weekend every seven weeks based on business demand and occasional overnight shifts to provide emergency assistance.

Ecolab is committed to career growth and development, offering multiple career paths in service, sales, and management, alongside tuition reimbursement opportunities. The compensation range for this role is $58,700 to $88,100 annually, inclusive of base pay and performance-based incentives.

Joining Ecolab means becoming part of a company that values inclusivity, diversity, and a culture of belonging where every associate is encouraged to grow. Ecolab is an equal opportunity employer, committed to a fair and inclusive hiring process and workplace environment. With comprehensive benefits starting from day one, including medical, dental, vision, 401K matching, company-paid pension, stock purchase plans, paid parental leave, and discounted childcare resources, Ecolab supports its associates both professionally and personally.

This role is ideal for motivated individuals with a background in sales, mechanical service, customer service, or related industries, seeking to contribute to impactful environmental and public health solutions while developing a rewarding and dynamic career. Ecolab welcomes candidates who are driven, safety-conscious, and passionate about making a positive impact on the world.
