Job Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of Wine & Spirits industry experience
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- Clean driving record
- Strong computer literacy
- Ability to build and maintain authentic relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to lift or carry up to 75 pounds
- Ability to adapt to changing industry requirements
- Willingness to work on the road and conduct daily in-person visits
- Ability to read and write using computer, tablet, or smartphone
Job Qualifications

- Attention to detail and understanding of customer needs

Job Duties
- Route sales
- Daily in-person service of assigned accounts guided by the CRM
- Prospecting inactive and new accounts along the route
- Building authentic connections with business owners and decision-makers
- Presenting and selling new products
- Communicating and negotiating allocated goods when necessary
- Conducting gap analysis using the CRM to grow distribution within assigned accounts
- Occasionally delivering orders promptly and ensuring payment is received
- Meeting or exceeding weekly KPIs, including in-person sales calls, active accounts, and revenue targets
- Adapting and pivoting with a changing industry to meet business needs
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues
