The Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) team within Ecolab specializes in providing top-tier cleaning, sanitation, and food safety solutions tailored to the unique needs of the quick service and fast-casual restaurant industry. As the global leader in this niche, the QSR team develops specialized programs and offers valuable industry-specific expertise that enhances customer operations. Their mission centers on ensuring clean, safe, and efficient foodservice sites while supporting brand consistency across some of the largest limited-service restaurant chains worldwide.

Ecolab is currently seeking a Territory Representative to join their Quick Service Restaurant team in Wayne, NJ. This customer-facing role offers an exciting opportunity to apply Ecolab's industry-leading programs to improve food safety and sanitation at numerous restaurant locations. The Territory Representative plays a critical role in managing a designated territory of customers by delivering exceptional service, identifying food safety risks, preventing foodborne illness outbreaks, and fostering strong customer relationships. Key responsibilities include installing and maintaining sanitation equipment such as ware wash machines, water filtration systems, and sinks, conducting site surveys to recommend operational improvements, completing mandated visit reports, and training customers on the effective use of Ecolab products.

This position is field-based, requiring travel mainly within Wayne, NJ, and surrounding areas, with occasional overnight stays (1-2 nights per month) and weekend coverage (1 out of every 14 weeks). The total compensation range for this position is $64,600 to $96,800 annually, including base pay and performance-based incentives.
