The company’s focus on reducing complexities and embracing fresh perspectives fuels continuous growth and adaptation in a rapidly evolving world. Offering comprehensive benefits and competitive compensation, Ecolab invests in the personal and professional growth of each team member to help shape impactful careers.
The Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) team at Ecolab exemplifies leadership in providing specialized cleaning, sanitation, and food safety solutions tailored to the fast-paced QSR industry. This team collaborates closely with the world’s largest quick service and fast-casual restaurant brands, helping to maintain food safety, brand consistency, and operational excellence. The role of Territory Representative in Kansas City, MO, presents an exciting opportunity for customer-facing professionals to engage directly with clients, helping them uphold exceptional food safety standards and deliver top-quality service.
As a Territory Representative, you will be responsible for providing Ecolab’s industry-leading sanitation programs, identifying potential food safety risks, and helping prevent the outbreak of foodborne diseases. Your focus will include managing a defined territory of customers, generating sales through service excellence and innovative product introductions, and installing and maintaining critical equipment such as warewash machines and water filtration systems. Through hands-on training and audits, you will empower customers to optimize their operational success and enhance overall satisfaction.
Ecolab supports a productive and independent work environment, offering paid training including job shadowing, e-learning, and classroom instruction to ensure you are fully equipped for success. This field-based role typically covers Kansas City, Northern Missouri, Northern Kansas City Metro, and Southern Iowa, with occasional overnight travel required. The company also provides a company-paid vehicle for business and personal use, where applicable.
Joining Ecolab means becoming part of an organization that values diversity, safety, and continuous learning. You will benefit from top-tier safety training, personal protective equipment, and a culture that prioritizes inclusion and respect for diverse perspectives. Compensation for this position ranges from $58,700 to $88,100 annually, inclusive of base pay and performance incentives. Furthermore, candidates enjoy comprehensive benefits from day one, including medical, dental, vision, 401K matching, paid parental leave, and more.
Ecolab is deeply committed to providing reasonable accommodation during the application process and strives to meet the unique needs of every associate. This role requires operational flexibility, physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, and the ability to work in various environments and conditions. You will join an esteemed global company that offers tremendous career growth and the chance to make a meaningful impact in industries essential to public health and safety.
