The Food Retail Services (FRS) team at Ecolab plays a vital role in ensuring food safety and sanitation for a broad spectrum of grocery and retail customers across more than 55 countries. From local stores to major brands, FRS provides cleaning and sanitation programs, food safety audits, and digital solutions that help prevent foodborne illnesses and improve store compliance. As a Territory Representative based in Cedar Rapids, IA, you will be a key contributor in managing customer relationships within your assigned territory, which includes cities like Waterloo, Dubuque, and Iowa City, among others.

This field-based, customer-facing role requires delivering Ecolab's industry-leading cleaning and sanitation programs, performing food safety audits according to customer frequency requirements, installing and maintaining equipment, and providing hands-on training and support. You will be responsible for identifying food safety risks and creating solutions that increase customer satisfaction and operational success. The position entails occasional overnight travel and some weekend coverage, allowing for a dynamic work schedule that you can manage independently.

The compensation range for this position is $58,700 to $88,100 annually, including base pay and target incentives based on performance.
