With a presence in more than 170 countries and annual sales driving $16 billion, Ecolab serves nearly three million customer sites across various industries including food, healthcare, hospitality, and industrial markets. The company prioritizes a talent-first philosophy by fostering a diverse and capable workforce of over 48,000 associates who are committed to enhancing operational efficiency, sustainability, and public health through innovative solutions and personalized service.

The Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) team at Ecolab is recognized worldwide as the leading provider of specialized sanitation and food safety programs specifically tailored for the quick service restaurant industry. This industry-specific focus helps improve operational performance and maintains brand consistency for some of the largest limited-service and fast-casual restaurants in the world. Ecolab's QSR team consists of highly trained sales and service associates dedicated to delivering value-added offerings that ensure clean, safe, and efficient restaurant environments.

The Territory Representative role in Fort Worth, TX presents a unique opportunity to join this dynamic team. As a customer-facing representative, you will be responsible for delivering Ecolab's industry-leading cleaning and sanitation programs, identifying food safety risks, and working proactively to prevent foodborne illnesses. This involves managing a portfolio of customers, growing sales through excellent service and product introductions, installing and maintaining sanitation equipment, and providing hands-on training and compliance audits that drive customer satisfaction and operational success.

This field-based position requires travel within Fort Worth, TX, Plano, TX, and surrounding areas, including 4-6 overnight trips per month as well as periodic weekend coverage approximately one weekend every 13 weeks. The role offers the autonomy to manage your own schedule within an independent work environment and includes company-paid training that encompasses job shadowing, e-learning, field activities, and classroom instruction. A company-paid vehicle is provided for both business and personal use, enhancing mobility and convenience.

Ecolab values diversity, safety, and personal development, making it an ideal workplace for those seeking career growth in an innovative and supportive setting. The company is committed to a culture of inclusion, engagement, and continuous learning, supporting employees with state-of-the-art safety training and equipment. The role requires physical abilities such as lifting up to 50 pounds, working in various environmental conditions, and climbing ladders, underscoring the importance of a proactive and resilient work ethic.

Candidates for the Territory Representative position should have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED, at least four years of experience in outside sales or related industries such as foodservice or hospitality, and must be at least 21 years of age. A valid Driver's License with no restrictions is required. Additional emergency call assistance availability during nights, weekends, and holidays is expected. Preferred candidates bring a Bachelor’s degree, mechanical skills related to plumbing and electrical systems, food safety knowledge or certification, military experience, and prior business-to-business sales experience.

Joining Ecolab means access from day one to a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K matching, company-paid pension, stock purchase plans, paid parental leave, and select childcare discounts. Beyond benefits, employees have the chance to tackle meaningful challenges on a global scale, contributing to safe food, clean water, and healthy environments.
