The Territory Manager - Route Delivery Driver role at Royal Cup plays a pivotal part in expanding and servicing the company’s diverse customer base. Reporting to the Area Manager, Territory Managers focus on multiple business segments including professional offices, fine dining and casual restaurants, hotels and conference centers, coffee shops, resorts and clubs, healthcare facilities, as well as colleges and universities. The position is fully responsible for route operations that connect Royal Cup's superior products to clients, ensuring timely delivery and excellent service. This role demands mastery of inventory best practices, a strong commitment to safe driving, and a proactive approach to customer service.

In their day-to-day duties, Territory Managers are entrusted with the responsibility of maintaining and growing customer relationships through reliability, professionalism, and responsiveness. Their contributions directly impact the company’s growth, reflected in both the retention of existing customers and acquisition of new accounts. This role involves extensive driving and handling of products, requiring the physical ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise safely and efficiently. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills, technological literacy including basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and an ability to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • valid driver’s license and good driving record
  • valid DOT medical card or ability to obtain one during hiring process
  • ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures
  • proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • ability to work independently and as a team player

  • basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience as a route delivery driver preferred
  • experience in foodservice environment preferred

Job Duties

  • Master all aspects of route operations including best inventory practices safe-driving and customer service
  • achieve goals set by the manager for safety inventory schedule compliance and promotions
  • provide exceptional customer service
  • represent the company in a professional manner
  • perform all other duties as assigned
