The Territory Manager - Route Delivery Driver role at Royal Cup is an exciting and dynamic position that reports directly to the Area Manager. This role is responsible for servicing and expanding the company’s existing customer base by performing route sales and delivery duties with professionalism and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Key business segments the Territory Manager serves include offices, fine dining and casual restaurants, hotels, conference centers, resorts, clubs, healthcare facilities, coffee shops, colleges, and universities.
This position demands mastery over all aspects of route operations including inventory management, safe driving practices, and superior customer service skills. The Territory Manager is charged with achieving safety, inventory, schedule adherence, and promotion goals set by management. In addition, the role requires representing Royal Cup professionally, maintaining strong relationships with customers, and supporting promotional activities. The Territory Manager must also be adaptable to occasional travel and overnight stays for training or meetings and be capable of working some nights and weekends as needed.
Success in this role hinges on having a professional appearance, outgoing personality, and the ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player with a strong work ethic. Proficiency in basic office software like Microsoft Word and Excel is essential, as well as the capacity to read, write, and interpret various business correspondence. Physical demands include the ability to lift and carry products weighing up to 40 pounds, safely operate delivery equipment, and navigate stairs and ramps at customer locations.

- valid driver's license and good driving record
- valid DOT medical card or ability to obtain one during hiring process
- ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures
