  • able to obtain food and beverage service certifications

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
  • develop a deep understanding of the menu, including ingredients and preparation
  • accurately take and input food and beverage orders
  • serve food and beverages with a focus on presentation
  • monitor tables for guest needs and maintain cleanliness
  • collaborate with kitchen staff and team members to ensure smooth service
  • proactively recommend menu items and beverages to enhance guest experience
  • handle cash and electronic payments accurately
