Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Logistics Supply Chain Management or related field preferred but not required
- 3-5 years of experience in transportation logistics or freight operations
- At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience in a terminal or warehouse setting
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Fluent command in the English language
- Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to manage operations in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in Operations Management internal or external
- Competent and proficient in Microsoft Office Software products
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of DOT regulations OSHA standards and other relevant compliance requirements
- Ability to make decisions under pressure and manage conflict effectively
- High level of integrity and accountability
- Adaptability to changing operational needs and schedules
- Ability to work different shifts dependent on the needs of the operation
- Travel is required
Job Qualifications

- Experience in Operations Management internal or external is required
- Must be competent and proficient in Microsoft Office Software products

Job Duties
- Develop and execute strategies to deliver exceptional customer service drive profitability and meet performance goals across revenue budget and partner obligations
- Foster a positive work environment by leading and developing terminal staff through goal setting performance management coaching and support
- Maintain a clean safe and efficient LTL operation in a fast-paced setting
- Ensure compliance with company policies safety standards and regulatory requirements by promoting accountability and supporting HR and safety initiatives
- Oversee terminal operations analyze performance data and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and operations excellence
- Responsible for hiring all terminal personnel and overseeing the 90 day onboarding process
- Ensure compliance with DOT OSHA and other regulatory agencies
