- must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- Strong knife skills and confidence cooking in front of guests
- demonstrates integrity, teamwork, hardwork, respect, and a positive attitude
- able to communicate clearly and work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to remain in a stationary position and/or move about the workspace for extended periods
- must be able to frequently move and position equipment or materials weighing up to 15 lbs and reach or adjust items at various heights

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook meals at the teppan grill according to Kobe standards
- engage guests through professional and entertaining cooking presentation
- follow proper cooking techniques and food safety procedures
- communicate with servers to ensure accurate and timely service
- maintain a clean, safe, and organized grill station
