Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays preferred
- Ability to remain in a stationary position and/or move about the workspace for extended periods
- Must be able to frequently move and position equipment or materials weighing up to 15 lbs and reach or adjust items at various heights

- Strong knife skills and confidence cooking in front of guests

- Able to communicate clearly and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook meals at the teppan grill according to Kobe standards
- Engage guests through professional and entertaining cooking presentation
- Follow proper cooking techniques and food safety procedures
- Communicate with servers to ensure accurate and timely service
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized grill station
