Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Successful completion of the Benihana chef training program
- Previous cooking or chef experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Warmly greet and welcome guests within 15 minutes of their orders
- Perform an engaging cooking show at your assigned tables, ensuring appropriate guest interaction
- Provide guests with detailed information about menu items during cooking
- Promptly and courteously respond to guest requests
- Follow guest instructions for cooking preferences
- Prepare various meats, seafood, poultry, and vegetables using diverse kitchen equipment
- Complete shift opening and closing duties as directed by management
