The Tennis Receptionist at Life Time plays an essential role within the Tennis Department, assisting the Tennis Coordinator and Tennis Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. The position involves scheduling court time, educating members about tennis programs, lessons, and equipment, and supporting sales promotions within the Life Shop. The Tennis Receptionist is responsible for greeting members warmly and assisting them professionally, helping them understand the variety of tennis programs and services available. This position requires developing personalized relationships with members to tailor services and recommendations that meet their individual needs. Maintaining an organized and clean tennis facility, managing daily billing accurately, and handling cash register reconciliations are key responsibilities. Additionally, the receptionist promotes Life Time’s broader programs and products, contributing to the overall success of the department and company.

The role requires physical stamina to perform duties such as sitting, standing, walking, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Job Duties
- Greets, schedules lessons and court time and assists members in a friendly and professional manner
- Explains all tennis programs, services, and equipment to members and assists them with determining their individual needs
- Initiates, develops and maintains personalized relationships with members
- Assists in ensuring all tennis facilities and equipment are clean, organized and in good working condition
- Promotes all Life Time programs, products, and services
- Ensures all daily billing is completed accurately and efficiently and reconciles the cash register at the end of a shift
- Ensures the Life Shop is neat, orderly, and well-stocked
