Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 3-5 years of experience in event management, venue operations, or a related field
- strong organizational and time-management skills
- excellent communication and client service skills
- experience with budget management, cost estimation, and event billing
- familiarity with ticketing operations and event logistics
- ability to problem-solve in high-pressure situations and respond to emergencies professionally
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
