Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably luxury retail
- Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer proficiency
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain organized work environment

- Basic computer skills including use of POS systems and digital devices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Physical ability to handle merchandise stocking and lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Greet customers at cash wrap with a friendly smile and eye contact
- Conduct genuine and natural interactions with customers
- Accurately operate the point-of-sale system
- Maintain organization and cleanliness at the cash wrap
- Suggest additional product sales and gift cards
- Receive and process shipment and transfers
- Organize and clean the stock room
- Replenish and maintain sales floor inventory
- Communicate product information and respond to customer inquiries
- Support sales floor activities including visual merchandising
- Participate in inventory counts and maintain loss prevention standards
