Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a kitchen or food service environment
- ability to perform physical labor and stand for extended periods
- willingness to work flexible hours in a 24-hour operation
- temporary assignment of 3 months
- basic understanding of health and safety standards
- ability to follow directions and work under supervision
Job Qualifications
- previous experience in a similar stewardship or kitchen support role
- passion for culinary arts, cleanliness, and organization
- ability to work effectively as part of a team
- attention to detail and strong work ethic
- flexibility to work varied shifts including nights and weekends
- good communication skills in English preferred
Job Duties
- assist in maintaining the highest standards of food storage and safety
- manage recycling processes effectively
- ensure all utensils, glasses, and dishes are impeccably clean
- work cooperatively with kitchen and service staff to meet operational demands
- help maintain overall kitchen cleanliness and organization
- adhere to health and safety regulations
- support the team in a fast-paced 24-hour operation environment
