Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business
- Valid driver’s license and access to a car
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proactive and positive attitude
- Commitment to confidentiality and compliance with company policies
- Attendance is an imperative Job function
- Public Notary preferred

Job Duties
- Greet every employee, guest, and vendor as they arrive with professional enthusiasm
- Coordinate guest arrival, including managing parking, offering refreshments, and making conference room arrangements
- Answer phone calls, transfer calls, take and relay messages
- Coordinate employee recognition events such as birthdays and anniversaries
- Manage kitchen and office inventory, restocking approved products
- Receive and organize deliveries, maintain coffee station and kitchen cleanliness
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments, manage conference room schedules
- Handle mail and package sorting, create company IDs and business cards
- Maintain parking lot order and coordinate removal of unauthorized vehicles
- Enter purchase orders into Yardi system
- Assist with new employee onboarding and support executives with projects
