Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a car
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proactive and positive attitude
  • Commitment to confidentiality and compliance with company policies
  • Attendance is an imperative Job function
  • Public Notary preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet every employee, guest, and vendor as they arrive with professional enthusiasm
  • Coordinate guest arrival, including managing parking, offering refreshments, and making conference room arrangements
  • Answer phone calls, transfer calls, take and relay messages
  • Coordinate employee recognition events such as birthdays and anniversaries
  • Manage kitchen and office inventory, restocking approved products
  • Receive and organize deliveries, maintain coffee station and kitchen cleanliness
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments, manage conference room schedules
  • Handle mail and package sorting, create company IDs and business cards
  • Maintain parking lot order and coordinate removal of unauthorized vehicles
  • Enter purchase orders into Yardi system
  • Assist with new employee onboarding and support executives with projects
