Job Requirements
- must be at least the minimum legal age to serve alcohol in Indiana
- ability to obtain a bartending license
- previous bartending experience preferred
- excellent interpersonal communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- commitment to outstanding customer service
- must adhere to all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations

Job Duties
- mix and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes and guest preferences
- greet and interact with guests in a courteous and engaging manner, taking drink and limited food orders while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
- keep the bar stocked with necessary supplies, monitor inventory levels, and communicate restocking needs to management
- maintain a clean, organized bar area and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards as well as university and state alcohol service regulations
- process credit card transactions using a POS system and ensure proper card handling procedures
