Job Duties

  • Greet all visitors warmly and encourage them to sign in on the visitor log, facilitating connections with the appropriate PepperPointe team members
  • accept and organize deliveries and mail, ensuring that everything is promptly distributed to the correct recipients
  • help keep our beverages and snacks well-stocked each day to enhance the guest experience
  • take the initiative to remove trash and boxes for disposal daily, helping to maintain a clean and tidy space for everyone
  • restock restroom supplies as needed to ensure comfort and convenience for all visitors and staff
  • answer phones and provide excellent customer service
  • perform other administrative duties as assigned to help maintain a positive atmosphere and engage visitors effectively
