  • Diploma or certification in hospitality, hotel, or restaurant discipline preferred
  • Strong knowledge of culinary and restaurant trends
  • Passion for hospitality and service excellence
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and remain flexible
  • Leadership skills and commitment to fostering a positive team culture
  • Legal eligibility to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Food & Beverage leadership experience
  • Diploma or certification in hospitality, hotel, or restaurant discipline is an asset
  • Strong knowledge of culinary and restaurant trends

Job Duties

  • Lead, mentor, and train the Food & Beverage Restaurant teams
  • Provide leadership and direction for day-to-day restaurant operations focusing on service and operational logistics
  • Create and support an engaged work environment for personalized guest experiences
  • Conduct daily team line ups to review hotel information, service stations, specials, etc.
  • Maintain brand standards with highest quality and visual appeal
  • Handle guest concerns swiftly and ensure proper follow-up
  • Schedule team members in alignment with labor management standards
  • Communicate effectively with all departments and seek guest feedback
  • Collaborate with teams on new offerings and foster idea sharing
  • Balance operational, administrative, and colleague needs focusing on surveys and financial results
  • Assist in overall hotel management responsibilities
  • Follow department policies, procedures, and service standards
  • Comply with all health and safety policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned
