- 2+ years of Food & Beverage leadership experience
- Diploma or certification in hospitality, hotel, or restaurant discipline preferred
- Strong knowledge of culinary and restaurant trends
- Passion for hospitality and service excellence
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and remain flexible
- Leadership skills and commitment to fostering a positive team culture
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Lead, mentor, and train the Food & Beverage Restaurant teams
- Provide leadership and direction for day-to-day restaurant operations focusing on service and operational logistics
- Create and support an engaged work environment for personalized guest experiences
- Conduct daily team line ups to review hotel information, service stations, specials, etc.
- Maintain brand standards with highest quality and visual appeal
- Handle guest concerns swiftly and ensure proper follow-up
- Schedule team members in alignment with labor management standards
- Communicate effectively with all departments and seek guest feedback
- Collaborate with teams on new offerings and foster idea sharing
- Balance operational, administrative, and colleague needs focusing on surveys and financial results
- Assist in overall hotel management responsibilities
- Follow department policies, procedures, and service standards
- Comply with all health and safety policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
