  • experience leading a full scratch kitchen as an executive chef, kitchen manager, or executive sous chef
  • ability to craft seasonally curated and guest-focused menus
  • capability to manage fixed food, labor, and product costs
  • proven ability to lead a kitchen to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
  • ability to develop positive relationships with staff, guests, and residents
  • passion for service and creating exceptional food experiences
  • must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
  • willingness to comply with COVID-19 related health and safety protocols
