- ability to craft seasonally curated and guest-focused menus
- capability to manage fixed food, labor, and product costs
- proven ability to lead a kitchen to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
- ability to develop positive relationships with staff, guests, and residents
- passion for service and creating exceptional food experiences
- must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
- willingness to comply with COVID-19 related health and safety protocols
