Job Duties
- Oversee guest experience operations ensuring a seamless attendee experience
- Supervise merchandising team including booth setup product organization sales support inventory tracking and VIP distribution
- Assist with event setup team in venue preparation including stage setup and support for ingress and merchandise setup
- Direct ushers to manage guest seating and provide on the ground support
- Oversee front of house ticketing operations including supervision of ticket scanning processes and ensuring efficient guest entry
- Ensure proper staffing coverage across all teams and maintain consistency in personnel throughout event days where possible
