We are currently seeking Onsite Event Staff to join our client’s team for an upcoming event scheduled from May 21 to May 24, 2026, in Boston, MA. This role involves being a vital part of the event’s execution, ensuring operations run smoothly, and providing exceptional service to all attendees. The Onsite Event Staff will oversee guest experience operations and support various teams including merchandising, setup, ticketing, and ushering. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Throughout the event, staff members will be active and mobile, providing crucial assistance to enhance the overall event experience.

Key responsibilities include supervising the merchandising team responsible for booth setup, product organization, sales support, inventory tracking, and VIP distribution. The Onsite Event Staff will also assist the event setup team with venue preparation such as stage setup and logistics support. Directing ushers to manage guest seating efficiently and overseeing front-of-house ticketing operations are integral parts of the role. Ensuring there is adequate staffing coverage across all teams and maintaining personnel consistency throughout the event days will help guarantee the event's success.

Job Duties

  • Oversee guest experience operations ensuring a seamless attendee experience
  • Supervise merchandising team including booth setup product organization sales support inventory tracking and VIP distribution
  • Assist with event setup team in venue preparation including stage setup and support for ingress and merchandise setup
  • Direct ushers to manage guest seating and provide on the ground support
  • Oversee front of house ticketing operations including supervision of ticket scanning processes and ensuring efficient guest entry
  • Ensure proper staffing coverage across all teams and maintain consistency in personnel throughout event days where possible
