- Technical or specialized training
- Minimum of one year experience in culinary department at a private club or resort setting preferred
- Food handler certification
- Friendly, personable and reliable

- Ability to walk, stand, sit, stoop or bend for an eight hour shift

Job Duties
- Prepares food items according to the chef's specifications and recipes to ensure orders are timely
- Evaluates cooking methods, times and temperature to ensure quality and safety
- Sets up and prepares station area to ensure line is ready for orders at least 15 minutes prior to service time
- Prepares food according to chef's specifications and recipes to ensure appealing and accurate presentation
- Restocks food items throughout the shift to ensure availability at all times
- Exhibits knowledge of operating kitchen equipment to ensure equipment is used correctly and safely
- Uses product labeling system to label and date, using FIFO method for all raw and prepped food products to ensure freshness
- Ensures that assigned work areas are clean and organized
- Performs related duties as assigned
