The Temporary Banquet Server role at Three Leaf Catering involves aiding in the set-up and tear down of banquet events while delivering exceptional service to guests. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Strong communication skills
- Must adhere to food safety standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Capable of managing time effectively with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to maintain a standing position for extended periods of time up to 6 hours at a time
- Follow food safety procedures for handling, storing, and serving food products
Job Duties
- Prepare table service for functions as per direction of the Banquet Captain or Lead Banquet Server
- Follow written specifications provided by the events department
- Participate in equipment removal following meal service
- Professionally serve banquet functions including serving food, pouring beverages, and handling special requests of guests in accordance with the Morris Inn methods and service standards
- Follow established guidelines for the safe handling of food
- Assist with coffee break service at the Notre Dame Conference Center
- Keep the work area and equipment clean and in good working condition
