Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- technical training or apprenticeship in maintenance or mechanical fields preferred
- minimum of 2 years experience in industrial maintenance or related role
- ability to work mandatory overtime
- physical ability to perform manual labor
- valid state driver’s license
- strong problem-solving skills
- commitment to safety practices
Job Qualifications
- Experience with mechanical drive systems
- knowledge of fluid power systems
- familiarity with rigging systems
- understanding of piping systems
- welding skills
- knowledge of basic electrical circuits and electrical measurement
- experience with industrial motor control (480V)
- proficiency with basic and precision measuring tools
- ability to operate shop equipment such as saws, grinders, and presses
- valid state driver’s license
Job Duties
- Maintain industrial manufacturing equipment and systems
- repair and rebuild replacement parts
- troubleshoot and install equipment
- perform welding fabrication
- install piping
- conduct basic electrical troubleshooting
- maintain regular attendance
- work mandatory overtime
- perform other duties as requested by management
- ensure high quality product output
- maintain proper hygiene, housekeeping, and safety practices
