- responsible beverage service certification
- at least one year prior server experience
- strong customer service skills
- ability to lift and/or move objects up to 40 pounds
- effectively communicate with coworkers
- available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to communicate food and beverage knowledge and orders effectively
- ability to safely perform duties in a restaurant setting

Job Duties
- Greet customers
- explain our menu to customers
- grill meats at table
- upsell sides and drinks
- enter food and beverage orders in POS system
- transport food and beverage safely
- set up and break down dining areas
- sanitize, refill and stock service areas
- process payments
- other duties as assigned
