Job Requirements
- Minimum age 18
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Completion of food safety and sanitation training
- Training on equipment operation, cleaning, and maintenance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong communication, reading, and writing skills
- Ability to lift up to 50-55 lbs depending on department
- Ability to follow sanitation and safety protocols
Job Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in food preparation, packaging, or merchandising preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to use computer systems and equipment

Job Duties
- Proactively provide superior customer service
- Take orders from customers by telephone or in person
- Prepare, package, and merchandise fresh product effectively focusing on inspecting for quality
- Slice, package, label, rotate, and cull products for poor quality
- Clean and sanitize display cases and operate all complex equipment properly
- Use advanced selling techniques and product knowledge to build department sales
- Comply with food safety and sanitation standards and department operating procedures
