- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Job Duties
- Greet and direct visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (e.g., visitor log, ID badges)
- receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
- schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
- perform basic clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- assist with other administrative tasks as needed
