Job Requirements
- Type 35+ WPM
- Good grammar and spelling
- Excellent customer service skills
- Patience
- Detail oriented
- Ability to make good decisions in the absence of specific instructions
- One weekend day every week either Saturday or Sunday is required
- Work on some holidays as required
- Full time availability for graveyard shift 10:30 pm - 6:30 am
- Sunday, Wednesday through Saturday availability
- Previous work experience preferred
- High school diploma preferred

Job Duties
- Answer calls and take messages on a computer
- Use Apello's software to determine what information to collect from callers
- Use Apello's software to determine when and how to relay messages to clients (phone, text, email etc.)
- Give out information to callers as directed
- Interact with callers in a courteous, professional and helpful manner
