This is a vital role responsible for ensuring the dynamic and healthy appearance of turf, shrubs, and trees across multiple locations. As a technician, you will play a key part in applying chemical treatments and fertilizers to maintain and enhance landscape quality. Beyond application, you will inspect properties for potential issues and report findings, playing a proactive role in landscape health management. This role demands a detail-oriented individual who values safety, reliability, and effective communication. Job Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to diagnose insect, disease, and weed problems in the field
- One year of experience in fertilization and chemicals
- Reliable transportation to the office or first place of work
- Safe driving record and ability to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) check
- Strong communication skills
- Spanish language ability is an advantage

Job Duties
- Help perform chemical application and fertilization on assigned high-profile properties
- Assist in inspecting additional properties beyond assigned ones for any issues
- Complete daily pre-trip inspection reports for vehicle, trailers, and equipment
- Contribute to safety culture by actively participating in weekly safety training sessions
- Follow company safety protocols and communicate safety concerns to the team
