Job Requirements

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Reliable transportation to the office or first work site
  • Safe driving record with ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) check
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to accurately diagnose field issues related to insects, diseases, and weeds
  • At least one year of relevant experience in fertilization and chemical applications
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing safety training sessions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of experience in fertilization and chemical application
  • Ability to diagnose insect, disease, and weed problems in the field
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Basic knowledge of safety procedures related to pesticide and fertilizer application
  • Spanish language skills are a plus
